At HK Balloons, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
- Request Timeframe: Refunds or replacements must be requested within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- Late Delivery: If the product is delayed or not received, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. Please note that delays caused by banks, national holidays, or unforeseen events may extend processing times.
- Incorrect Product Received: If you receive the wrong item, we will either send a replacement or process a refund once you confirm your consent.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is defective or damaged, or if items are missing from your package, we will process a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
Return Process
- In the cases listed above, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product.
- Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the returned product is verified, including all original packaging and accessories.
Exclusions to Refund/Replacement
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for the following reasons:
- Dissatisfaction with Appearance: If you are unhappy with the product’s appearance but it is not defective or incorrect.
- Unreported Damage: Any physical damage not reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here are the terms under which we accept cancellations:
Cancellation Timeframe
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If you contact us after 24 hours, we will not be able to process the cancellation.
Orders Already Dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched within 24 hours, you may cancel by refusing delivery when the courier arrives.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned product from the courier.
- The refund will be initiated once we confirm receipt of the original product.
